The beginning of December marks one of the most anticipated events of the year in Miami Beach. Art Basel Miami Beach is back and continues to get better and better every year! Since 1970, Art Basel’s goal of their three international fairs has been to connect established and emerging artists with their patrons. The locations of these fairs are Basel, Switzerland; Hong Kong, China; and Miami Beach, FL. Representing 20th and 21st-century art from some of the biggest and newest names in the art world, Art Basel’s fair in Miami Beach will feature some very strong cultural perspectives. Even some locals from the art community in Miami will be showcased as well.
The Art Basel Miami dates are the 1st-4th of December and the fair will feature 267 of the leading art galleries from around the world that showcase works from the masters of modern and contemporary art. Galleries that include paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs, films and much more will be on display throughout the city, while the center of the action will be at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
